Our representatives in Washington are trying pass a bail-out plan that most americans do not want passed. The Dems, led by their leader Rep. Pelosi are also engaging in the who's to blame game. As a results of Rep. Pelosi's comments on the House floor prior to the vote, the Republicans decided that enough is a enough and handed Pelosi and the Dems a defeat. The Dems
need only look to Congressional hearings a few years for a clue as to who is the blame. None other than Mr. Chairman himself Rep. Frank is there down playing any problems or crisis with Fannie Ma and Freddie Mac. Someone needs to point this out Rep. Frank. Contary to Speaker Pelosi's quoting of a Sanburg poem, this problem or crisis did not quietly come upon us in the night. The alarm bells have been ringing for awhile now in the mortgage debacle. The Dems loved the idea of affordable cheap housing and everyone being a homeowner, the problem was most of the people getting these loans are not able to carry the mortgages now. Congree should stop blaming Wall Street and take a good hard look in the window and see who the real culprits are.
